DESCRIPTION:The 19th Intergovernmental Meeting of COBSEA will be graci
 ously hosted by the Royal Government of Cambodia. During the meeting\,
  the New Strategic Direction (2008-2012)\: A White Paper that was disc
 ussed at the Special Intergovernmental Session of COBSEA in Putrajaya\
 , 5-6 September 2007\, will be tabled for consideration and possible a
 doption. In addition\, the meeting will discuss the proposed work plan
  and budget for the East Asian Seas Regional Coordinating Unit (EAS/RC
 U) for 2008-2009. The meeting documents will be circulated to the COBS
 EA member countries six weeks prior to the meeting.
