In a desire to reach out with the public and effectively push the drive towards environmental awareness - PCSD in partnership with Conservation International, Department of Education ( City Department of Education and Provincial Department of Education ) and the Academe Community of Palawan ( Teachers and Professors from the Holy Trinity College,Palawan Polytechnic College , Palawan State University and the Western Philippines University ) had come out with a compilation titled "Katipunan ng mga Kautusang Pang Administratibo ng PCSD, Batas SEP at Iba"(Compilation of PCSD Administrative Orders, the SEP Law and other Environmental Laws).
The compilation was done with the intent that the Admin Orders and Environmental laws being enforced by PCSD will be easily understood and grasped by the public since it is done in Filipino. The compilatio n was formally presented to the public last June 19 during the 15th SEP Anniversary held at the Legend Hotel.

The Philippine Council for Sustainable Development (PCSD) was created on September 1, 1992 through Executive Order No. 15 in order to chart environment and sustainable development (SD) initiatives in the country. PCSD is headed by the Director-General of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) as Chairperson, and the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) as Vice-Chairperson. The membership of the Council is composed of various departments of the government and groups/organization from the civil society. The members of the committees and sub-committees are representatives from the national government agencies and their counterpart from the civil society, non-government organizations, and people's organizations.
