Up one levelIn this issue, we bring you news and photos of the recent coastal cleanup activities in Batangas Province and Manila Bay (Philippines) as part of the 22nd Annual International Coastal Cleanup. In Vietnam, 23 local governments from eight countries across the East Asian Region convened in the 2007 Forum of the PEMSEA Network of Local Governments for Sustainable Coastal Development (PNLG). Policy reform, sustainable financing and investment for pollution reduction are the focus of the Twinning Workshop in Tianjin, PR China this October.
