Up one levelIn this issue, we give tribute to Dr. Chua Thia-Eng who retires on 31 December 2007 as Regional Programme Director of PEMSEA after more than 13 years of service at PEMSEA. We also feature the recent PMO Directors and NFPs Workshop held in Manila, Philippines, in December 2007 and two projects funded by the Small Grants Programme-PEMSEA Joint Communiqué: one in Stung Hav district, Sihanoukville, Cambodia, and another led by ANAK-Balayan in Batangas Province, Philippines, as well as several other events.
