People's Journal Tonight - 10 June 2008 - Enviroment Secretary Lito Atienza signs a memorandum of agreement with Partnerships in Enviromental Management for the Seas of East Asia (PEMSEA) Executive Director Raphael Lotilla that formalizes the country's hosting of the 3rd East Asian Seas Congress, November 23-27, 2009.
