The 2nd PEMSEA Network of Local Governments (PNLG) Executive Committee Meeting was held in Xiamen, China, 6 August 2010. The meeting was focused on the development of PEMSEA Network of Local Governments for Sustainable Coastal Development (PNLG) Strategic Action Plan, Organization of the PNLG workshop during the 2010 Xiamen World Ocean Week and the 2010 PNLG Annual Forum.
