The First Executive Committee Meeting was held at the PEMSEA Office, Quezon City, Philippines on 14-15 September 2007.
The Meeting was attended by the Technical Session Chair, representatives from Philippines, RO Korea, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Country Office in Manila, and UNDP/GEF Regional Centre Bangkok. Policy and legal experts from the Philippines participated in the discussion of Agenda Item No. 2 on the Legal Personality and Partnership Fund.
