PEMSEA Welcomes New Webmaster

 

Quezon City, Philippines — Mr. Jerome Esperanza joins PEMSEA as the new webmaster for the PEMSEA Resource Facility. His expertise in web development and management will greatly contribute to enhancing the capacity of the PRF in promoting the organization, ICM and SDS-SEA via online platforms.

 

Aside from developing, managing and enhancing PEMSEA's website and related microsites, Mr. Esperanza will also be responsible for making all PEMSEA information materials available online, improving website linkages with partners and sponsors, collaborating in the development of online knowledge management tools, maintaining the organization's social media channels, and developing multimedia materials and web illustrations as needed.
Jerome has built his web expertise from previous experiences working for the Department of Health of the Philippines, International Organization for Migration, American Recreation Club of the U.S. Embassy in Manila and Accenture Philippines. He is also well versed in database management, search engine optimization and web analytics. Mr. Esperanza is a graduate of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of the City of Manila) with a degree in public administration.
