Erick brings over 27 years of extensive experience in financial management, operations, corporate planning, and audit, spanning international development, commercial banking, and various industries. Most recently, Erick served as Regional Finance & Operations Coordinator at Agriterra Asia, where he oversaw the consolidated finance and administration across the Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Before that, he spent 14 years as a Financial Analyst with USAID Philippines, where he managed financial oversight for some of the agency's largest program portfolios. 

Erick holds a Master in Applied Business Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific, a Bachelor in Accountancy (Cum Laude) from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and completed a post-graduate program in Cost-Benefit Analysis at Duke University. He is a licensed CPA and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
